Under the new law of December 14, 2020 (Article 80), PSDMs (Service Providers and Equipment Distributors) must obtain certification to show that they comply with good practices. This is a condition for joining the national agreement with the health insurance funds.
Since 2022, certification has been undergoing reform. In short, MDSPs that fail to obtain certification will no longer benefit from coverage by the Assurance Maladie. This applies not only to new authorizations, but also to those who already have one. Certification will become compulsory from January 1, 2025. After this date, it will no longer be possible to work as a PSDM without certification.

Evaluates the logistical quality of the service provider in terms of material distribution and performance.

4. Quality and risk management :
Encompasses everything that could constitute a risk during the practice of the activity, with the emphasis on taking these risks into account and analyzing them.
Obtaining this certification is essential, as it offers numerous advantages such as credibility, compliance with standards and ensures a high level of professionalism and quality in the services offered to patients.
