Alpha Clean is a self-washer that is used to pre-disinfect instruments before the sterilisation process.
Adapted to different needs, Alpha Clean is available in 16L and 27L capacities.
Efficient pre-disinfection
The Alpha Clean range consists of an auto-washer and a neutral product (Clean One solution) which provides the automatic and complete treatment of all instruments after use and before sterilisation.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound is an acoustic wave with a frequency between 16kHz and 10 MHz.
They are a proven pre-cleaning method that can be used to reprocess medical devices in sterilisation as a complement to manual cleaning or in a washing-disinfecting machine. It should be noted that this pre-cleaning treatment is enough to guarantee that the instruments are properly cleaned before sterilisation.
A simple method
The device has a single ultrasound tray that opens like a drawer. Soiled instruments from the treatment area, are placed in there directly.
The duration of the cycle is 45 min.
